2019: Lagos INEC worries over 1.4 million uncollected PVCs

As the preparation and activities towards the 2019 general elections gathers momentum, the Independence National Electoral Commission (INEC), in Lagos State has raised the alarm over uncollected 1.4 million permanent voters card (PVC) in the state.
